Illustrative copper scenario · transport and processing included
A fictional material portfolio leads to a business case comparing recovery costs at different volumes. A process model compares bundling material through three regional hubs with shipping consolidated loads directly to a recycler. Both options start from the same 32 collection sites. A separate partner search shortlists a reuse specialist, a metals recycler and a collection partner by material, capability and region. Capabilities and certificates are reviewed before selection. These are illustrative planning scenarios, not customer results.
Review your end-of-life products, packaging and waste streams. Find where reuse and recovery could create value, simulate the routes, and bring the right partners together to make it happen.
From the material portfolio to a programme you can run.An AI product scan drafts a bill of materials and links suppliers from fictional documents for review. A voluntary Northwind take-back scheme covers electronics and returnable packaging across 32 locations and three regional hubs. A participant workspace shows packing instructions, a collection request for 12 electronics assemblies and return status. A sample recycled content certificate links to aluminium and steel declarations: 4 kg plus 2 kg of recycled material in a 10 kg product, giving 60% recycled content. All records and figures are fictional demonstration data.
Create product records with AI, set up voluntary take-back schemes and give participants the tools to send items back. Keep recycled content certificates connected to their supporting evidence.
From your product records to participation and proof.A fictional distributed network bundles returns through regional aggregation centres. A receiving view identifies an electronics lot of 38 kg, a paper bale of 320 kg and a waste container of 240 kg. Inspection assigns refurbishment, paper recycling and material sorting respectively. The last view follows electronics return RET-0084 from its source in Hamburg through the Benelux hub and refurbishment to a confirmed next use, retaining its 38 kg weight, identity, receipt and inspection records.
Find the products ready to come back. Bundle pickups through aggregation centres, identify what arrives, and choose the next use for each item. Connect with the partners who can recover it.
From many locations to reuse, resale and material recovery.A country-organised operating directory connects 12 sites in three countries with four partners, showing waste streams and assigned recovery partners. At the Hamburg site, a container collection is requested, confirmed by the partner and picked up. The following screens compare costs with source documents and build an aggregate report. The reporting example balances 132 tonnes received against 116 tonnes recovered, 8 tonnes awaiting processing and 8 tonnes of loss. All metrics are fictional demonstration data.

All 13 apps ↗An illustrated physical delivery arrives at Northwind Hub. A desktop workstation identifies return NW-0084 through an item scan. A separate mobile route scans the QR on container CT-0084 to open Receive goods and the linked return. Either receiving method leads to the same confirmed 38 kg receipt in Electronics Return Bay, preserving the Munich origin and item identity. The scenes are simplified from the actual Goods-in, mobile Receive goods and Material Flow Board screens. All records are fictional.
Receive and identify what arrives. Triage for reuse, refurbishment or recycling, then combine returns for their next journey without losing where they came from.
Two documents are matched to collection NW-1042. The collection, receipt and output retain their source records. Fictional figures show 2,400 kg received, 2,160 kg recovered and 240 kg recorded loss. Reports cover annual, waste, post-consumer and supply-chain areas, with a PowerPoint export for management presentations.

A fictional electronics product line uses 60 tonnes of credited recycled material against 100 tonnes of production need: 40 tonnes of aluminium and 20 tonnes of steel. The report shows year comparisons, source batches, custody records and a PDF certificate containing scope, quantities, allocation and evidence. This is a simplified version of the product reporting and certificate workflow, using fictional data.
Connect recovered materials to their origins and their next use. Keep the records behind your recycled-content figures, even when materials pass through mixed batches and processing steps.
Supplier research brings required certificates and sourced allegation signals together. An agentic certificate search prepares evidence for review. A fictional document mismatch queues a reclamation for batch finalisation. Configurable prompts and material overrides guide the next research run.
Agentic actions work across your platform: researching suppliers, finding certificates, surfacing allegation signals and preparing reclamations. Set the instructions. Let the AI do the legwork. Your team reviews what happens next.
Partners submit priced recovery offers and terms. Your team compares the line items and selects a combination for review. The fictional combined offer is 340 euros net; it is not automatically awarded.
Search by material, process and location. Bring recyclers into an offer request, compare their bids and build the recovery route that works for your materials.
