I don’t want a value chain that is vulnerable to a shock on the other side of the world, while valuable material sits unrecovered in our own end-of-life products.

Circularity is a business resilience agenda: secondary materials as a primary resource, with your own products as the mine. The business case matters. The environmental opportunity comes with it. And it only works if you can manage it.

If you can’t manage it, you can’t do it better.
